On July 22nd, 2019, the Cobourg Police Service reported Rodney STARKE as missing due to concerns for his wellbeing.
A short time later the Cobourg Police Service reported that Corrections Canada had issued a Canada Wide Warrant for STARKES’ arrest after they determined that he was in contravention of his Long Term Supervision Order.
On Wednesday, October 3rd, 2019, the Cobourg Police Service was made aware that STARKE had been located and arrested on the strength of that warrant issued by Corrections Canada.
