Cobourg Police – Warrant Arrest

On Saturday September 21st 2019, Police located a female wanted on an outstanding bench warrant. Police arrested the 30 year old female, Sandra STUBER of no fixed address, on the strength of the outstanding warrant.

STUBER was released on a Promise to Appear for:
Unauthorized use of credit card data, contrary to section 342(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada (x3)
Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, contrary to section 355(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada (x4) and,
Possession of substance in schedule 1 contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

Sandra Stuber will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in September.
