Durham Police – Police Execute Search Warrant at an Illegal Cannabis Dispensary

Police concluding a drug investigation of an illegal cannabis dispensary in Whitby.

On Tuesday, November 27, 2018, members of the Drug Enforcement Unit and the Central West Division Community Response Unit executed a search warrant at an illegal cannabis dispensary on Dunlop Street in Whitby. Officers seized cannabis, cash and other drug paraphernalia with a combined value of over $ 45,000.

A 37-year-old male from Whitby is charged with Unlawful Sale of Cannabis. He was released on a Summons to Appear.
