Cobourg Police – Male Arrested for Indecent Exposure x2

On September 22nd, 2018, the Cobourg Police requested the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect involved in an indecent exposure incident at the Cobourg Library involving a report of male exposing his genitals to a female victim. It was alleged the incident occurred on the second floor of the Library at approximately 3:10pm that same day.

Cobourg Police commenced an investigation and identified the male suspect. On Thursday, October 11, 2018, the male was arrested and charged with 2 counts of indecent act stemming from two separate incidents involving the same victim at the library on separate dates.

Arrested and charged is Luke DWYER 24 years old of Hamilton Township. DWYER was held for a bail hearing earlier today.
