Quinte West OPP – Four People Charged with Drug Trafficking (Names Released)

The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged four people following the execution of a search warrant in Trenton.

On May 29, 2023, at approximately 5:00 p.m., the OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) assisted by the OPP Tactical Response Unit (TRU) and OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a search warrant at a residence on Annwood Court, Trenton as part of a drug trafficking investigation. As a result, fou r people were arrested, a handgun was seized and a quantity of suspected fentanyl was confiscated.

Nadine ALLARIE, 53 years old from Belleville was charged with:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of proceeds of crime
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm
  • Careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
  • Knowledge of unauthorized possession of weapon

Jim HOSANG, 20 years old from Pickering was charged with:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of proceeds of crime
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm
  • Careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
  • Knowledge of unauthorized possession of weapon
  • Fail to comply with release order – three counts

Archibald MCISAAC, 41 years old from Trenton was charged with:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of proceeds of crime
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm
  • Careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
  • Knowledge of unauthorized possession of weapon
  • Fail to comply with probation order
  • Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order

Conner PUTMAN, 24 years old from the GTA was charged with:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of proceeds of crime
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm
  • Careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
  • Knowledge of unauthorized possession of weapon
  • Fail to comply with probation order – three counts
  • Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order

Nadine ALLAIRE was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on a future cou rt date. The other three accused were held for a bail hearing.
