Cobourg Announces Closures and Changes for April Boat-Lift Operations

The Town of Cobourg has issued a list of parking lot and street closures, as well as a transit detour, to accommodate the Cobourg Marina boat lift-in operations that will take place April 13 through 15.


Cobourg Transit detour, April 13-14 – Notice has been sent to Legion Village requesting pick-ups at their main doors instead of at the Hibernia Street transit shelter.


Parking-lot closures for boat hauling, April 13-14 – Parking lots to be closed on these dates include the ones on Division Street South, Esplanade East, Esplanade West and the marina.


Street closures for boat hauling, April 13-14 – Streets to be closed include Esplanade Drive, as well as Hibernia Street south from Third Street and Third Street from Hibernia to north of the Esplanade Drive entrance.


Parking-lot and street closures for boat lifting, April 15 – This would be Esplanade drive as well as three parking lots:

Division Street South, Esplanade East and Esplanade West.
