The Township of Cramahe is pleased to welcome Rob Lake as the new Manager of Environmental Services (Water/Wastewater).

Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Manager of Environmental Services is responsible for overseeing the Township’s water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure, including project management, contract administration, and the provision of technical and engineering expertise.

The role supports the planning, design, and construction of complex infrastructure projects that ensure safe, reliable, and sustainable environmental services for the community.

Lake is excited to be joining the Township of Cramahe as Manager of Environmental Services as of March 2, 2026. This role brings valuable experience gained through his previous work with the City of Peterborough and Cavan Monaghan Township, including serving as the Overall Responsible Operator for municipal water and wastewater systems. Professional expertise includes wastewater treatment and collection systems, water distribution and supply, meter installations, and regulatory compliance.

Experience also includes overseeing system operations, coordinating maintenance and capital projects, supporting staff, and managing a range of responsibilities essential to the effective delivery of municipal water services.

The Township continues to invest in modern infrastructure to support growth while protecting its natural environment and we look forward to this leadership role advancing safe, efficient, and sustainable environmental services for residents and businesses.
