Video – Cobourg Driver Facing Charges Following Collision in Hamilton Township

A Cobourg man is facing several charges after a single vehicle collision in Hamilton Township on Friday, September 26, 2025.

At approximately 8:40 p.m. emergency services were dispatched to the area of Nagle Road and Hircock Road in Hamilton Township for a single vehicle collision involving a pickup truck.

The driver from Cobourg, was not seriously injured, but is facing multiple charges including

  • impaired operation
  • unsafe move – lane or shoulder
  • fail to surrender license
