Priscila Foubister of Port Hope has $285,447.40 to put toward her dreams after winning a LOTTO MAX second prize in the September 13, 2024 draw.

Priscila, a nurse, has been playing the lottery with OLG for many years. She enjoys games such as LOTTO MAX, LOTTO 6/49, ONTARIO 49 and LOTTARIO. Priscila uses OLG’s Quick Pick feature to make her selections. In 2016, she won a prize of $1,000, but nothing could have prepared her for the shock of winning big with LOTTO MAX!

“My husband was helping me check my ticket on the OLG app when we discovered it was a big winner,” Priscila recalled, while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings. “I was so overwhelmed with happiness, I nearly cried. My husband was just as shocked and reminded me how lucky I am.”

Priscila looks forward to traveling the world and sharing her winnings with family.

“I am so happy and filled with joy. I still can’t believe this is real! It’s a freeing feeling,” she concluded.
LOTTO MAX players in Ontario have won over $8.3 billion since 2009, including 108 jackpot wins and 918 MAXMILLIONS prizes, right across the province. LOTTO MAX is $5 per play and draws take place on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K on King Street East in Colborne.

OLG supports safe play and wants to keep the fun in the game. That’s why OLG is proud to be a leader in promoting responsible gambling with our globally recognized PlaySmart program.
