Video – Salmon Run Slowly Coming To An End – For This Year

In Local

Hundreds of people came out to see the annual salmon run in Port Hope over the weekend.

Vehicles were lined from Corbett’s Dam along Cavan Street to Molson Street on Sunday, September 29, 2024 as visitors came to view the annual salmon run.

On Saturday, a number of busses came down to view the fish in Port Hope.

In Cobourg, there were a few anglers along Cobourg Creek, but it appears most of the run had made their way to Pratt’s Pond dam.
