It was a beautiful day for a wedding on Friday, January 9, 2026 in Cobourg.
A Peterborough couple came down to Cobourg to get hitched at the Old Bailey Courtroom inside Victoria Hall on Friday afternoon.
But after the ceremony, the couple and their guests may have taken photos at Victoria Hall, but the adventurous spirit came over them and they walked out to the east pier were waves were smashing over the pier.
The high temperature for the day was 9 Celsius, but with the strong winds pounding against the pier shooting the water skyward, the bride certainly wasn’t dressed for the occasion, but was all smiles for the photos.
The happy couple and their guests took photos for approximately 10-minutes before heading back to the warmth of their vehicles.
Congratulations and the setting sun made for another beautiful end to the day and a glorious start to their lives together.
