Cobourg & Colborne stores join together November 17–23 to help local animals in need
The Northumberland Humane Society (NHS) is thrilled to announce that it has been chosen as the local beneficiary of the Tim Hortons Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign, running from November 17 to 23, 2025.

During this weeklong campaign, guests at participating Tim Hortons locations in Cobourg and Colborne can purchase a Holiday Smile Cookie, with 100% of proceeds supporting the animals in the care of the Northumberland Humane Society and Tim Horton’s Foundation Camps.

“We’re overjoyed to be part of this year’s Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign,” said Max Chapman, Director of Operations at NHS. “Every cookie sold helps us provide food, medical care, and safe shelter for animals who need a second chance. It’s a simple, sweet way for our community to make a big difference.”

NHS is also inviting local community leaders, businesses, and volunteers to get involved by donating an hour or two of their time to help decorate Smile Cookies at participating Tim Hortons locations during the campaign week.

“This campaign is all about community,” added Max. “We’re so grateful to the Tim Hortons teams in Cobourg and Colborne for choosing to support local animals this holiday season — and to everyone who stops by for a cookie that truly gives back.”
