Filming Notice: ‘Ginny & Georgia’ Returning to Cobourg

The Town of Cobourg Community Services Division would like to inform residents that filming for the fourth season of the Netflix series ‘Ginny & Georgia’ will be taking place in Cobourg from October 6-8, 2025.

Filming Locations
• The El (74 King Street West)

• Victoria Park (play structure area)

• Harbourlight Delights (164 Division Street)

Filming Schedule

• Filming preparation: Sunday, October 5, and Monday, October 6

• Filming will take place on Tuesday, October 7 (6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.)

• Tear down: Wednesday, October 8

Road Closures
Please be aware of the following road closures from Tuesday, October 7 at 7:00 a.m. until Wednesday October 8 at 7:00 a.m. Local traffic will be let through during breaks in filming.

• McGill Street

• Queen Street (from McGill to Church)

Parking Impacts
The production crew will be using various municipal lots and designated on-street spaces. Please note that production will cover all parking fees at the current rates.

Affected areas include:

• Second Street Lot (northwest portion only)

• Albert Street Lot

• Trinity Lot

• Centennial Pool Lot

• On-street spaces near Harbourlight Delights, The El, and select spaces on Charles Street, Division Street, and King Street West

• Esplanade East Lot

• Victoria Park Campground

Important Information
On October 7, a trained coyote will be featured in a controlled scene in Victoria Park.

The coyote will be handled by a licensed team of animal coordinators, with all safety protocols in place.

The Town of Cobourg is working directly with the production team to ensure public safety and animal welfare during this scene.
