Cobourg Police – Cobourg Woman Charged with Impaired (No Name Released)

A traffic stop early Friday morning resulted in a Cobourg woman being charged with impaired driving.

On September 26, 2025, at approximately 12:30 a.m., police were advised of a possible impaired driver.

Police located the vehicle in question on William Street in Cobourg. A traffic stop was conducted.

As a result of the investigation, a 46-year-old Cobourg woman was arrested and charged with operation while impaired (alcohol), operation while impaired-blood concentration over 80mg, failure or refusal to comply with demand, and Dangerous Operation.

The accused was released on an undertaking with a future court date on October 8, 2025.
