The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for breaching a condition of his Statutory Release.

Justin SMITH is described as an Indigenous male, 26 years old, 6’0″ (182cm), 180lbs (82kgs). SMITH has several Tattoo’s;

Right Cheek -a Star

Right side of neck- ‘Jenna’

Left Cheek- Tear drop and a small cross

Left Hand-‘Louis VUITTON’ and 5 dots

Left Forearm-‘Trust” and praying hands

Right Hand-‘K:P’

Justin SMITH is serving a 3-year, 1 day, sentence for;

Robbery (Two Counts)

Assault with a Weapon

Assault Peace Officer

Possession Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose

Fail To Attend Court

Fail To Comply with Probation Order

Fail To C omply with Order-At Large

The offender is known to frequent Peterborough, Lindsay, Durham Region and Toronto.
