Video – Anglers Charged in Cobourg After MNR Receives Tip

Two anglers are facing a charge of snagging after Ministry of Natural Resources received a tip on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

At approximately 6 p.m. MNR received a tip that there were people snagging along Cobourg Creek in the Conservation Area east of William Street.

Through investigation, two men were charged with snagging and fish were seized.
