Video – Summer Season Coming to an End for Piping Down the Sun and Concerts in Victoria Park

Three members of the Cobourg Legion Pipes and Drums performed the Piping Down the Sun ceremony on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at the north end of Cobourg Harbour.

Members of the Cobourg Legion Pipes and Drums have been performing the ceremony every weekend of the summer.

During that time, a number of appreciative people stop by and listen to the performance.

With the summer coming to an end, next, Friday (August 30), Saturday (August 31) and Sunday (September 1) will be performing their final Piping Down the Sun ceremony. On Sunday, the entire band will be performing to end the season.

On Tuesday, August 27, members of the Cobourg Legion Pipes and Drums will be performing with the Concert Band of Cobourg during their final concert of the season in Victoria Park on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 in the bandshell.
