Peterborough Police – Customer at Drive-Thru Spots Man Masturbating (No Name Released)

A 41-year-old Peterborough man is facing a charge after an incident Monday evening.

At approximately 9:30pm on July 22, 2024, officers were called to the area of The Parkway and Lansdowne Street.  Upon arrival, officers learned that a customer in the drive thru spotted a male on nearby greenspace masturbating.  Officers searched the area and located a man matching the description given to police.  He was taken into custody without incident.

As a result of the investigation, a 41-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:

  • Indecent Act
  • Fail to Comply with Probation

The accused is currently bound by a probation order with the following condition: to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

The accused is being held in custody and will appear in court today, July 23, 2024.
