Wheels Stolen from Bicycle in Cobourg

Cobourg Police received a report of a pair of wheels being stolen off a bicycle parked at a company on D’arcy Street around 10 a.m. on October 4, 2023.

The suspect was also brazen enough to not only remove the wheels, but the light from the bicycle.

Police have the video from the security camera.

The owner of the bicycle said theft of bicycles is not an inexpensive crime with replacement parts for the wheels coming in at $500.
