This video interview with Olympic and World champion curler Niklas Edin of Sweden and West Northumberland Curling Club junior curler Theodore Munday is from the Sept. 29 edition of Sports Spotlight with Jeff Gard.
Sports Spotlight airs Thursdays at 4 p.m. on Northumberland 89.7. Video interviews are recorded for Today’s Northumberland.
The West Northumberland Curling Club’s junior program starts this Sunday, Nov. 6. There are two more opportunities for a drop-in and to meet coaches: Tuesday, Nov. 1 and Wednesday, Nov. 2 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the club, located at 206B Furnace Street in Cobourg.
Meanwhile, the club’s Learn to Curl program begins next Wednesday, Nov. 9.
