International Overdose Awareness Day Takes Place in Cobourg

International Overdose Awareness Day was held in Cobourg on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.

A number of events took place during the day including, for the first time, raising the flag marking International Overdose Awareness Day at Victoria Hall.

Throughout the day a number of events were held in front of Victoria Hall and at 8 p.m. there was a vigil held to remember and honour those who have passed away from drug poisonings.
