New Parking Passes for Town of Cobourg Residents

In City Hall, Local

New parking updates coming to Town of Cobourg Waterfront and Downtown May 20, 2022. Included in these updates is a Resident Waterfront Season Pass and ($40/season) and East Beach Resident Waterfront Season Pass ($20/season). These passes are valid for all pass holder parking areas, as well as on-street and waterfront lots.

Upcoming changes to Downtown and Waterfront Parking have been made as per recommendation in the 2021 Beach Use Study and 2014 Parking Study.

A discount has been applied to those residents within the East Beach residential area who are most impacted by these parking changes

Full detail of all changes will be issued out by the Town of Cobourg tomorrow morning and are available on //Cobourg.ca/Parking

Residents looking to purchase one of the resident passes may do so online at https://parking.cobourg.ca/ starting now and at Victoria Hall as of May 16th (if purchasing online, uploading an attachment for proof of residency is required.)

When a Cobourg resident purchases one of the new Town of Cobourg resident passes, you do not receive a physical pass. The system will have your license plate information. Therefore, when By-law officers are on-site they can just reference your licence plate to know if someone has a pass or not.
