Cobourg Police – Fail to Comply

On Wednesday, March 2, 2022, police were called to a domestic dispute in the north end of the Town of Cobourg. Information received from the caller was that her ex-partner was attempting to steal her belongings.

During an exchange of property, a dispute occurred and police were called.

As a result of the police investigation, a 35-year-old Cobourg man was arrested and charged with the following offences:

• Two counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking contrary to section 145(4)(a) of the Criminal Code

A 40-year-old Cobourg woman was arrested and charged with the following offences:

• Two counts Fail to Comply with Undertaking contrary to section 145(4)(a) of the Criminal Code

Both were released with a future court date.
