A local restaurant was served a “cease and desist” order that has been making waves across Canada.
“It was funny up until I read the (media) reports,” said the waitress who asked not to be named or the name of the business that is located in the north part of Cobourg.
On Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at approximately 10 a.m. a man and woman who appeared to be in their 50’s came into the restaurant.
The man showed his vaccines papers, but the woman didn’t and was asked to leave.
They both left and sat in their vehicle outside the restaurant for approximately two-hours.
“It almost looked like they were having a fight because their hands were flailing around.
Close to the lunch hour the woman came back in and was wearing a mask and was carrying a clipboard with papers.
The woman asked to speak with the owner or management, then placed the papers on the counter and said, “you let them know it’s a cease and desist notice.”
The woman had blonde hair and was wearing a purple coat.
When the worker asked what it was pertaining too, the woman stated, “it’s on the internet, you can Google it.”
Because it was busy at the time, no one at the restaurant looked into it until things slowed down.
At first, the worker didn’t think anything of the letter, but once they searched the meaning behind it, “I was a bit scared actually.”
Media outlets across Canada have reported letters like the one the restaurant received being sent to vaccination clinics, pharmacies, health units, businesses and police stations.
The letter is allegedly from, “Head of State and Commander-in-chief, Health of Government of Canada, Queen of Canada Lady Romana Didulo.”
It states, “I bring to your immediate attention ad order you to cease and desist, ALL, the Genocide and Crimes against Humanity.”
The cease and desist order includes all COVID-19 vaccinations, all PCR testing, all masking, all lockdowns, all quarantines, all closures of Provincial and Territorial and all closures of international borders.
The letter also states that Joseph (Joe) Biden is not the President of the United States.
“Govern yourselves accordingly.”
And was signed “We The People.”
A story by the CBC in July 2021, stated that Didulo has, “in some videos posted online, promised to endorse the carrying out of death penalties under how own baseless self-appointed authority for those who don’t comply with her demands to end COVID-19 restrictions and stop vaccine distribution.”
Global News reported, “Didulo is a leading Canadian QAnon figure with an alleged history of encouraging her followers to shoot health-care workers.”
“Didulo has amassed a following of more than 73,000 people on the encrypted messaging app Telegram.”
Given the demeanor of the people sitting in their vehicle for two-hours and the woman coming back in with a mask on with the papers, it has left a scare for the worker at the restaurant in Cobourg along with other employees.
The incident was reported to Cobourg Police on Wednesday.

cease and desist, ALL, the Genocide and Crimes against Humanity under Natural Law,
Common Law, Treaty Law, Articles 6 and 7 of the International Criminal Court Statute,
the Nuremberg Code, The Geneva Convention, The United Nations Convention, The
United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, in your jurisdiction.
1) All Covid19/coronavirus 19- vaccinations and experimentation (genetic bio-warfare)
across Canada.
2) All PCR Testing (across Canada),
3) All Masking (private and public spaces, all transportations – across Canada),
4) All Lockdowns (across Canada),
5) All Quarantines (across Canada),
6) All closures of Provincial and Territorial (across Canada),
7) All closures of International Borders.
This will serve as your lawful notice to cease and desist all further actions described
above, effective immediately.

since January 14; 2021.
b) An email from the Commander -in-Chief of US Armed Forces has been sent to the Armed
Forces of Canada, last night, acknowledging and confirming my Authority as Head of State
and Commander -in-Chief, Head of Government of Canada, and Queen of Canada.
