Community Care Northumberland Cobourg and Port Hope Office’s Set to Move into One Space

In Community, Local

Northumberland County, ON – Community Care Northumberland (CCN) has some exciting news when it comes to a relocation of their Cobourg and Port Hope offices.
We are happy to share with you an exciting upcoming opportunity – we will be relocating our spaces from two locations into one home in Cobourg!

The past two years has shown us we can do our business differently and adapt well to changing situations and environments. The pandemic has also shown us how important it is to look for
cost savings measures in all areas of our operations. We have seen dramatic changes and challenges along the way across all aspects of our organization from direct service delivery,
fundraising, volunteer management and connections with our community.

An ideal location has become available to us that would accommodate staff currently working in our Port Hope and Cobourg offices. This location is a free-standing, accessible, highly visible
office that has been recently renovated and will accommodate staff offices, programming and meeting rooms, a large parking lot for our fleet of vehicles and potential for future growth.

We will move forward with re-locating our Port Hope and Cobourg offices into this new space at 1158 Division Street (corner of Division and Densmore Rd), starting this December (2021).
Volunteers, clients, and the public in Port Hope will continue to be able to access all services and programs that they are familiar with through CCN. A satellite office will be located at the
Community Health Centres of Northumberland, 99 Toronto Rd., Port Hope, one day per week.

This location will also have a secure drop box for use by staff and volunteers.

This is an exciting opportunity for CCN and the location will be great for the long term stability of CCN and awareness in the community
