Cobourg Police – Three Men Arrested on Warrants

On December 29, 2020, as a result of a police investigation in the Town of Cobourg, a man was found to be wanted on an arrest warrant with Quinte West OPP.
Richard Adraains, a 28-year-old man from the Town of Cobourg, was arrested on the strength of the warrant. Adriaains was charged with the following offences:
• Fail to comply with probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Adraains was issued an undertaking with a future court date.

On December 29, 2020, Cobourg police were contacted by Durham Regional Police advising they had a man in custody who was wanted on an arrest warrant held by the Cobourg Police Service.
As a result, Wayne Langley, a 36-year-old male from the Town of Castleton, was charged with the following offences:
• Fail to comply with probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada x2
Langley was issued an undertaking with a future court date.

On December 29, 2020, Cobourg police were contacted by the Port Hope Police Service advising they had a male in custody who was wanted on an arrest warrant held by the Cobourg Police Service.
As a result, Patrick Parliament, a 33-year-old man from the Municipality of Port Hope, was charged with the following offences:
• Fail to comply with probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Parliament was issued an appearance notice with a future court date.
