Northumberland County Housing Corporation Annual General Meeting and Board Meeting

The Northumberland County Housing Corporation (NCHC) 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday, August 24, 2020. A meeting of the Board will immediately follow the AGM.

The NCHC – for which Northumberland County is the sole shareholder – is one of the largest landlords in Northumberland, and is the largest local provider of subsidized housing in the community. With 344 housing units, the NCHC provides rent-geared-to-income (RGI) and affordable rental options to low-income households in Northumberland. The Board of Directors is comprised of County Council representatives, the County Chief Administrative Officer, and citizen Directors.

During the AGM, there will be remarks from the Shareholder, the confirmation of Board Directors, a presentation of the NCHC 2019 Annual Report, as well as a Financial Update.
