Cobourg Police – Two People Charged Mischief Under $5,000 Graffiti

On Thursday April 23nd, 2020 at approximately 8:38 pm, officers responded to the Esplanade on Division Street in Cobourg for a report of mischief to property in the area. Graffiti was observed on a structure in the area.

As a result of the investigation, a 25 year old Dakota Blaker and 24 year old Qiana Loken from Cobourg were arrested and charged with Mischief Under $5000 contrary to Section 430(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada. Both accused were released and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in June of 2020.
