In Community

It’s official – the Rotary Harbourfront Outdoor Skating Rink is open as of Monday, December 16, 2019.

Town of Cobourg Parks and Rec staff have been flooding the outdoor rink since December 10 in preparation for the opening of the rink.

On Monday, regulars to the rink, Evelyn Haskell (age 79) and her friend Kathleen Elliott were the first ones to use the rink now that it is officially open.

The two friends are avid morning skaters five days a week.
