One Driver Critically Injured Following Head-On Crash West of Warkworth

Two people were taken to hospital, one with critical injuries following a head-on collision in Trent Hills on Sunday, November 24, 2019.

Emergency crews were dispatched at approximately 1:04 p.m. to Concession 2 at County Road 29 just west of Warkworth.

A vehicle travelling southbound collided with a pickup truck travelling northbound on Concession Road 2.

Both drivers were taken to hospital. One driver has minor injuries while the other driver is in critical condition.

The area will remain closed for several hours while members of the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators examine the scene.
