Durham Police – Suspects Arrested in Port Hope For Human Trafficking Investigation

A male and female were arrested in Port Hope for a human trafficking investigation.

On Friday, May 3, 2019, the suspects were arrested in Port Hope with the assistance of the Port Hope Police Service. A 35-year-old male suspect and a 34-year-old female suspect are facing numerous charges in this ongoing human trafficking investigation involving a 21-year-old female victim. During the arrest, a quantity of Fentanyl and Canadian currency were seized.

Radcliffe ANDREWS, age 35, of No Fixed Address is charged with: Trafficking in Persons; Procuring; Advertising Sexual Services; Financial/Material Benefit of Trafficking Person Over 18; Material Benefit from Sexual Services and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl).

Jennifer FINLAY, age 34, of Jeffries Street, Port Hope is charged with: Procuring; Advertising Sexual Services and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl).

They were both held for a bail hearing.
