Cobourg Police – Break and Enter Suspect Now Charged With Breach of Recognizance

On May 3, 2019 at approx. 8:09 am, Cobourg Police were called for a report of a disoriented male. Police attended and identified the male as Emanuel SUTHERLAND of Cobourg.

Police records indicated Sutherland was on a recognizance of bail with a condition to be with a surety at all times. Sutherland was alone on the street at the time Police arrived at the scene.

As a result 26 year old Emanuel Sutherland of Cobourg was arrested and charged with Breach of Recognizance Contrary to C.C.C. sec.145(3) and was held in custody pending a Show Cause Hearing.
