Peterborough County OPP – Stunt Driver Charged On Highway 115

· Vehicle Seized and Licence Suspended for 7 days
Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting radar patrol early this morning on Highway 115. Shortly after 3:30am, an officer clocked a vehicle travelling at 182km/h in a posted 100km/h zone.
Paul GIBB (age 38) of Peterborough, Ontario was charged with:
Stunt driving in relation to excessive speed
His driver’s licence was suspended for seven day and his vehicle was impounded.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on June 10, 2019.
