Nighthawks Beat Out Quinte West In Midget A Hockey At The CCC

The Northumberland Nighthawks Midget A battled it out against Quinte West Midget A on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the Cobourg Community Centre for the Lakeshore Cup.
The Nighthawks came away with the win beating Quinte 5-2.
Wyatt Baitley-Groves scored on four of the goals with Josh Sainthill scoring the other.
The scoring for the Nighthawks opened up at 8:53 of the first period with Baitley-Groves scoring unassisted.
Baitley-Groves scored again in the first at 2:14 of the first period with assists by Levi Bandy and Liam Mitchell.
Baitley-Groves got his hat trick in the second period at 13:24 with assists by Tiger Trapper and Josh Sainthill.
Sainthill scored at 10:13 of the third period with an assist by Tyler Watson.
The last of the scoring was by Bailtey-Groves at 2:12 of the third period with assists by Tiger Trapper and Josh Sainthill.
The Nighthawks lost against Pickering on Sunday 5-0 to end their season.
