It’s not a typical call for firefighters in January, but on January 17, 2019 at approximately 11:30 a.m. Cobourg firefighters responded to a grass fire south of Elgin Street just south of the Fellowship Baptist Church parking lot.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the small fire. No word on the cause.
