Pickup Strikes Traffic Pole To Avoid Squirrel In Cobourg

The driver of a pickup truck was uninjured after he swerved to avoid a squirrel and struck a traffic pole on Division Street at Veronica Street in Cobourg on December 10, 2018 shortly after 9 a.m.

There was heavy damage to the pickup truck and the light standard.  Emergency services were on scene until the debris was cleared away.
