Teachers for Kids is hosting a BBQ and Fundraiser on Saturday October 13th at CCI in Cobourg from 12:00 until 3:00 pm. Little Lake will be performing and we will have prizes and a silent auction.
Teachers for Kids is a not-for-profit organization founded by two teachers who believed that a little bit of help could make a lifetime of difference for a needy student. Since 1986, TFK has provided over half a million dollars to help students participate in sports, trips, extra-curricular clubs and teams, tutoring, and other activities, and has purchased items necessary for students’ social and emotional well-being (clothing, prescriptions, counseling).
