End of The Day – Remembering A Fallen Cobourg Officer

Former Cobourg Police officer John Roughley stands by Hero’s Flight memorial in Chris Garrett Park on the evening of May 15, 2018.

Hero’s Flight was created by Canadian artist Gerald Gladstone in 2005 in honour of Cobourg Police Constable Chris Garrett who was killed in the early morning hours of May 15, 2004.

Each year family, friends, and colleagues gather in the park to reminisce and remember.
