Ice seems to be forming everywhere this winter in both Cobourg and Port Hope. On the eaves of homes and buildings throughout both towns, ice is overhanging the eaves, sometimes creating a hazard. In downtown Cobourg, Wharram Tree Service/Tindall Tree Service were clearing the ice from pipes along the front of buildings along King Street.
