High winds along Lake Ontario made for some fun times on a hydrofoil in Cobourg Harbour.
On Tuesday, September 26, 2023 a hydrofoiler was getting some air thanks to strong winds along the lakeshore.
There were also a number of surfers catching a few waves on the outside of the harbour.
