SUV Destroyed by Fire in Alnwick/Haldimand Township

A vehicle was destroyed by fire in Alnwick/Haldimand Township on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.

At approximately 6:05 p.m. Alnwick/Haldimand Township Firefighters were dispatched to the area of County Road 2 east of Cobourg, just west of Brookside Road for a vehicle fire.

When crews arrived on scene, the vehicle was engulfed in flames.

The fire was extinguished along with a small area of grass.

No word on what caused the fire and both occupants of the vehicle were uninjured.
