Cobourg Police – Fraud, Theft and Possession of property obtained by Crime Under $5000

On Wednesday June 13, 2018 at approximately 1030 AM, Cobourg Police responded to a call for service in the north end of the Town of Cobourg. Upon arrival, members of the Cobourg Police Service located a man who was responsible for theft of property from an incident that occurred overnight on June 12, 2018.

39 year old Mark HENDRY, from Cobourg was arrested and charged with one count of Fraud Under $5000, one count of Theft Under $5000, and one count of Possession of Property obtained by crime under $5000. Mark HENDRY was released on a Promise to Appear with a future court date. Mark HENDRY was turned over to the Barrie Police Service who held an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
