Peterborough County OPP – Results for Operation Impact

Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were busy this long weekend responding to 194 calls for service from October 8, 2021 to October 11, 2021.

The Peterborough County OPP also participated in the Operation Impact long weekend traffic campaign. 

The charges include the following:

• 3 impaired driving charges

• 97 speeding charges

• 4 stunt driving charges

• 1 distracted driving charge

• 10 Highway Traffic Act moving violations

Officers also responded to 10 motor vehicle collisions and 47 traffic complaints.
