Peterborough County OPP – Pride Flag Damaged at Warsaw Public School

(DOURO-DUMMER TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were requested to attend Warsaw Public School yesterday morning. The complainant reported that the Pride flag was removed from the flag pole and set on fire. The mischief occurred between the hours of 4:30pm on September 17, 2021 and 8:30am on September 20, 2021.

Investigators are actively looking for information that may lead to a suspect(s) in this case. Anyone with tips on this case can contact the Peterborough County OPP at 705-742-0401, the non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8 477).
