Cobourg Police – Man Arrested on Warrant and Held for Bail

On the evening of May 27th, 2021, officers with the Durham Regional Police Service arrested a man wanted on
a warrant held by Cobourg Police Service.
Arrested was 27-year-old Bryson DAM of no fixed address, is charged with:

Possession of Property obtained by Crime under $5000.00 contrary to section 355(b) of the Criminal
Code

Fail to attend for fingerprints contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code

Fail to attend court contrary to section 145(2)(b) of the Criminal Code

Obstruct Peace Officer contrary to section 129(a) of the Criminal Code

The warrant was not endorsed for release and as such, the male was transport to the Cobourg Police Service
and held pending a bail hearing.
