Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested on Warrant

On the evening of May 27th, 2021, officers with the Durham Regional Police Service arrested a woman wanted
on warrants held by Cobourg Police Service.
As a result, 51-year-old Heather GILL-FALLOWFIELD of no fixed address, is charged with:

Fail to attend court contrary to section 145(2)(b) of the Criminal Code

Fail to attend for fingerprints contrary to section 145(4)(b) of the Criminal Code

Fail to comply with probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code x 5

The warrant was endorsed for release and as such, the female was released on an undertaking with a future
court date
