Longest Sidewalk Drawing Ever – In Port Hope

In Community, Local

A collaborative community drawing sponsored by Critical Mass in Port Hope was held on Saturday, August 15, 2020.

Artist in residence, Jay Dart said the sidewalk art was on Lent’s Lane by the Little Station gallery.

Participants were given one square on the sidewalk of Lent’s Lane to create whatever they wanted and it’s hoped the horizon line would continue the length of the sidewalk from Walton Street to Augusta Street making it the longest drawing – in Port Hope.

The event also continues next Saturday, August 22 from 9 a.m. till noon at the same location.
