In Local

It looks like LifeLabs in Cobourg will be back in operation by Friday (February 7, 2020) in Cobourg.

The facility located at 1060 Burnham Street in Cobourg has been closed for most of this week.

A spokesperson for the company named “Roy” stated, “earlier this week, we identified some necessary repairs to the facility that needed to be made in order to meet our high standards of customer care.”

The spokesperson said, “we regret the inconvenience that this has caused to the community; we are in the final stages of repairs and expect to be operational by Friday, pending any unforeseen construction delays.”

The repairs were not previously scheduled and the spokesperson said, patient records were not associated with the work.
