“Lock It or Lose It” As Northumberland OPP Check Vehicles Throughout County

Just over 15% of vehicles checked by Northumberland OPP on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 were found to be unlocked.

Officers along with auxiliary officers checked various locations around Northumberland County for vehicles that were unlocked.

A total of 256 vehicles were checked with 39 vehicles found to be unlocked.

Brighton – 25 vehicles checked – 6 were unlocked

Castleton – 25 vehicles checked – 4 were unlocked

Bewdley 56 vehicles checked – 11 were unlocked

Baltimore – 35 vehicles checked – 7 unlocked

Baltimore and area – 95 vehicles checked -11 unlocked

Grafton – 20 vehicles checked – 0 unlocked
