Quinte West OPP – Two Arrested for Break and Enter (Names Released)

The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested two individuals in relation to a break and enter in Trenton.

On Monday, March 23, 2026, Quinte West OPP, were dispatched to a break and enter in progress, on Crown Street in the City of Quinte West.

Individuals had entered a building and were removing copper wire. Members of the Quinte West OPP attended the area and arrested those responsible.

Dana PARKER, 42 years old of Quinte West has been charged with the following offences:

Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence

Possession break in instruments

Possession property obtained by crime under $5000

Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition

Theft under $5000

Possession of a credit card

Identity theft – obtain or possess another persons identity information

Fail to comply with probation order

John CLARKE, 53 years old of Quinte West has been charged with the following offences:

Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence

Theft under $5000

PARKER remains in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on March 25, 2026. CLARKE was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on June 18, 2026.
